CRYPTODAC
Privacy notice
Share only the information needed for the first discussion.
This notice describes the initial enquiry function on cryptodac.com. For questions about data handling, contact info@cryptodac.com.
Information in an enquiry
The enquiry brief collects your name, email, country, incident description and approximate dates, platform or person involved, payment methods, approximate amount and currency where relevant, the help you are seeking and contact preference. You may also provide a phone number, public transaction references, digital assets involved, available record types and earlier reports. Unknown answers are accepted where indicated. Do not submit wallet secrets, identity files or detailed financial records. File uploads are not enabled.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to the matter, arrange any further discussion and protect the submission route from abuse. Accepted enquiries are stored in a restricted administrator area. A notification is sent to info@cryptodac.com without reproducing the enquiry details. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Verification and necessary technical data
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify submissions. Browser and connection information may be processed by Cloudflare for that purpose. A short-lived signed form session binds the verification to its submission flow. Hosting, mail transport and website protection services may process technical data required to operate the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Detailed evidence and engagement records
The initial form is not an evidence-upload service. Further material should be provided only after the purpose, handling route and relevant engagement arrangements are agreed. Separate terms or notices may apply to that work.
Retention and requests
For questions about retention, access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email info@cryptodac.com. The applicable response depends on the nature of the record and any lawful preservation requirements. Avoid sending identity documents unless an appropriate verification route has been arranged.
Your choices
Optional form fields can be left blank. You may contact the company by email instead. Never include credentials or wallet secrets by either route.
