CRYPTODAC
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you take the next step.
Can CryptoDac help me pursue recovery?
CryptoDac investigates cryptocurrency fraud, traces digital assets and develops evidence and recovery strategies. The appropriate services and next steps depend on the incident and are agreed within a defined engagement.
Can you guarantee the return of funds?
No. Recovery depends on factors including the assets, available evidence, relevant jurisdictions and the actions of service providers or authorities. An assessment should establish realistic options rather than promise an outcome.
Can an investigator freeze or reverse a transfer?
A forensic report does not itself freeze assets or reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer. Exchanges, courts and authorities have their own processes and legal requirements. Findings may support an appropriate request or report.
What should my first enquiry include?
Your name, email and a short account of the incident. The platform or network and approximate date can be useful. Keep wallet secrets, identity files and detailed financial records out of the initial form.
Do you need access to my wallet?
Never share seed phrases, private keys, passwords or one-time codes. Guidance and a discussion of public transaction records do not require taking control of your wallet.
What are the fees?
Any assessment terms, fees, deliverables and schedule must be agreed before chargeable work begins. The contact form does not commit you to an engagement.
Can I upload evidence here?
The initial contact form does not accept uploads. Discuss the scope and appropriate handling route before sharing detailed evidence.
Is a wallet address a verified identity?
No. An address and an analytical relationship do not by themselves establish a real-world identity. Reports should explain the basis and confidence level of any attribution.
How do I verify a message from CryptoDac?
Use the official contact route on cryptodac.com or email info@cryptodac.com. Check the exact address and do not rely solely on a display name or copied logo.
